Local Realtors collected New Winter Coats for local children in need. There were 10 drop boxes throughout the Neosho and Cassville Areas. A total of 82 New Winter Coats were collected along with Hats, Gloves, and Scarves. What a wonderful job all the Realtors did for this.

Wonderful education for all of us today! We had a wonderful turn out in person and on Zoom. We all learned a lot about Agencies. Thanks to our education committee for the nearly monthly education this entire year! And thanks to our REALTORS and Affiliates who attend to further their knowledge. Shout out to Nook-n-Kranny for supplying snacks and drinks today!
Saturday, October 23rd @ 6pm fellow Realtors, Affiliates and their friends and family gathered to enjoy a wonderful night celebrating the season. There were so many wonderful costumes. Everyone enjoyed the delicious buffet that was provided by Indigo Sky. Music was provided by Donnie Greenlee who played a lot of great music. 9 Affiliates decorated tables for all to enjoy. USA Mortgage won for best table decor. There was a costume contest for the top 3 costumes. Winners were Bill Punch, Lisa Hartman, and Cody & Olivia Casady. 8 Teams played in the Cornhole tournament with Michelle Goff & Husband as the winner. 3 games of Bingo were played with several winners. Through out the night bids were placed for the 38 amazing RPAC Baskets. A total of $2525 was raised just from them alone! Everyone also received $10 in free play for the casino. It was a wonderful night for everyone. Can't wait for next year!

July 13th NMCAR celebrated our members with a Free Ice Cream Social Event for members and their families. Each person received a ceramic Ice Cream Cone Cup or Ice Cream Bowl to take home with them. There were 4 different flavors or ice cream to choose from and tons of various toppings. It was a great way to visit with other members and meet their families and beat the heat! Thank you for all who volunteered to help make this event possible and all who came out to enjoy the day with us.
Many came out to enjoy amazing locally sourced grilled German brats with all the fixings from Creamy Hills Dairy to help raise money for the Bike Park Phase 2 Project outside Indian Springs Brewing Company. All who came out enjoyed a great time visiting with everyone and enjoying the great weather. Thank you all who came out and supported the fundraiser.
June 8th, 2021 We had a Mortgage Panel Q & A Luncheon where 7 Panel members shared their knowledge about different mortgages their business offers and answered any question anyone had. 32 Realtors and 23 Affiliate Members took part in the great educational event. A picnic lunch of grilled hot dogs and burgers with baked beans, chips, macaroni salad, watermelon and drinks were provided.
Kelly Garst with First Community Bank started off the panel talking about Bridge loans and how they are used. Debbie Hoyt with South Missouri Bank talked about in house 10/1 ARM Loans they provide. Cassie Shockey with Total Lending Concepts shared how Nonprofit loans business loans work. Don Greenlee with Simmons Bank shared how things have changed in the bank business to meet the customer loan needs. Jared Dickey with Guaranty Bank shared some mortgage myths and inhouse loans they offer. Jill Rickey with Arvest shared some of their unique loans they offer for new borrowers, non-conforming property and unsecured loans. Rashele with USA Mortgage shared about Manufactured Home loans are handled and what is needed to get one. After the panel was done we played a fun trivia game for 3 great prizes. May 22, 2021 After a morning of rain it cleared up just in time for our Bike Rally event at Morse Park for our Phase 2 Bike Project. Funds raised were to create another pocket park at the trail head. There will be a water refill station, bike repair station and a bench with a bike rack. There was a raffle for several great items: $350 BMX Bike, Adult Bike, Helmets, Gloves, Air Pump, Gift Cards, Plants and more. There was also grilled hot dogs with chips and a drink to help raise money. A special Thank You to all the volunteers that came out to help make the event happen. Thank you to all the wonderful supporters with their generous donations to help make this happen. Winner of the $350 BMX Bike
